What if I don’t like my glasses after I get them?

Site for Sore Eyes offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your new glasses for any reason at all, we will exchange them. Additionally, we will craft new lenses at no charge (up to the original purchase amount). See participating locations for details.

Do you accept my insurance?

We work with almost every major vision insurance plan in California. Call the office nearest you to get the full details.

How much can I expect to pay for my new glasses?

That depends on many factors, such as the frame and the type of lens you need (e.g. single vision, bifocals, etc.). With the everyday low pricing and special promotions that run throughout the year, however, Site for Sore Eyes is confident that (item-for-item), we will offer you the lowest prices – period!

What if my doctor changes my prescription after I get my glasses?

Site for Sore Eyes will remake any doctor’s change at no charge for up to 30 days after you receive your new eyewear.

Do you sell contact lenses?

Yes, we carry different brands of contact lenses (including specialty lenses such as astigmatism-correcting, bifocal and gas permeable lenses).

Do you carry sport and sunglasses?

Many locations offer a large selection of sport and sun eyewear (prescription and non-prescription).

Do you carry children’s glasses?

Yes, many locations carry a selection of children’s glasses.

Do you offer protection for lost or misplaced glasses?

Many Site for Sore Eyes locations offer a warranty that protects all customers against loss or breakage. Stop in to any location and learn more about our award-winning warranty program.

How long does it take before my glasses are ready?

It takes one to two hours in many cases. Same-day progressives are available at select locations.

Where can I get an eye exam?

Eye examinations are available with an Independent Doctor of Optometry, conveniently located at the Site for Sore Eyes.
